...Heeeeeey dA.
What's up?? 10 points if you get the title reference. More of the Waka, because I can. And that I haven't submitted anything for awhile. Been getting an awful lot of comments on some of the scrap, pre-pictures of Waka. For teh lulz, I threw on the costume real quick and snapped a few shots. Ergo, fabulous photo quality. D= Anyway, I vaguely look like I want to kill something here. O_O Should have photo-shopped in a little bouncing Isshun. Lord knows I photoshopped out my real hair, since I threw the Waka wig on rather haphazardly. I also vaguely look like I have no pupils. D= Will be more active on the community come the end of March, when I get through some stuff. My main computer is dead too, so I'm in a state of mini-limbo now. I've got a backup computer, which is how I'm even uploading at the moment, but I've still got my graduation to finish planning. ...WHY WAKA, WHAT LOVERLY MANICURED NAILS YOU HAVE. I know. I pass as an amazing boy. XD ~*~ Thank you everyone for your kind word on all the different Waka shots, as well as my other costumes!! As per usual, if you are unfamiliar with the character/game, I bring goodies. This time in the form of a YouTube clip (where you encounter/fight Waka for the first time): [link] . Those of you familiar with the game may not be aware that the background music for the scene in the game is called "Playing with Ushiwaka." ~*~ Waka and Okami are copyright Clover Studios. Costume made/worn by Azimel. |

And there are many bishies that have nice manicured nails. Just look at Inuyasha and Sesshy.
You look very muchly like a guy

"This ain't Cajun country, hun, zip those lips!"
My new happy place: [link]
Sweet Jeezus, I should post some of the other one where I really dementedly look like a guy. Not to mention there's one where I'm really seriously channeling Inuyasha.
I shouldn't fret so much about the nails. Waka isn't exactly the poster-prophet for Supreme Masculine Masculinity. XD
(Otakon was funny last year: I met some of the Hellsing folks at a dinner Thursday night and the next day, my first costume was Waka. I totally ran into a few folks from the dinner the night before and they were like, "ASHGAJKGSKH Azzy?? WTF!"
And that's like the best compliment evar. :3)
Also, do I have you friended here?? WHY DON'T I HAVE YOU FRIENDED??!? D= *fixes*

A prolific statement doesn't have to mean anything; it only has to SOUND prolific.
It's just like it is with the stars: there are bright ones and there are those that are dim.

Was making that outfit hard? Cause I want to cosplay Waka myself. :3 And how'd you make his little hat thing on the top?
--
NYAH-HA! o.O
The cosplay was actually quite easy to do, in my opinion, though I also took a few short-cuts in the way of making it (I didn't wear a kimono/gi and just basically created a tunic of it, the shoes, etc).
As I mentioned to someone else in one of my other Waka photos in my gallery, the hat thingie actually has an under base and was built up with Sculpty clay (which is super light weight). My number one regret on the costume is I really wish I had more time to work on when I was doing it originally. An in progress shot of the mask can be viewed here: [link] .
